For those who have been to S&R, whether as the member or the member’s companion, you must have seen the tables displayed with all sorts of baked goodies, too! 

If you’ve always been curious about S&R’s baked goods but decided to shrug it off because let’s face it, the choices can be overwhelming, here are our recommendations that you should add to your grocery cart:

You can never go wrong with chocolate and caramel!

Chocolate Decadent Cake (P439, 8-inch cake) 

S&R’s Chocolate Decadent Cake is an 8-inch dark chocolate two-layered cake covered in chocolate ganache. In between the two layers of cake, you will find a layer of sweet, decadent caramel—the same caramel that’s used as a drizzle on top of the cake.

If you’re looking for an affordable chocolate cake that won’t mess with your budget, this one won’t cost you more than 500 bucks!

This has a good crust-apple filling ratio!

Apple Strudel Pastries (P179 for 15 pieces)

If you’re a huge fan of McDonald’s Apple Pies, then you will definitely love S&R’s Apple Strudel Pastries just as much, if not more! Unlike McDonald’s pies, S&R’s strudels are bite-sized so you can just eat an entire piece in one bite. 

S&R’s Apple Strudel Pastries have a flakey golden-brown crust with sweet, tender apple filling. They also added ground cinnamon so you really know it’s made with apple pie filling! Tip: It would be best if you heat these in the oven or toaster before serving.

Double Chocolate Muffins (P209 for 4 muffins) 

When you’re grocery shopping at S&R, it’s impossible to miss the plastic containers of their enormous muffins. They’re almost as big as a closed fist or as big as a slice of cake!

The muffins at S&R come in different flavors but if you’re contemplating which flavor you should try first, we do recommend the Double Chocolate Muffins! The chocolate muffin itself is soft and moist, the muffin top is studded with mini chocolate chips. A must for chocolate fans!

Cheddar Ensaymada (P179 for 16 small pieces)  

S&R’s Cheddar Ensaymada is exactly what you want in any ensaymada: soft, pillowy, and loaded with cheese. Similar to the Apple Strudels, the Cheddar Ensaymada comes in also bite-sized pieces.

These are not your typical ensaymada: The soft-as-clouds ensaymada buns are actually dinner rolls, the same S&R Member's Value dinner rolls S&R is selling. These rolls are brushed with butter and topped with loads of grated cheddar cheese. 

S&R’s ensaymadas also come in two other flavors, dulce de leche and salted egg.
