Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant is celebrating its 24th anniversary this year with the launch of a new decadent cake called the Brazo Medley.The Brazo Medley is the bakeshop's unique take on the classic Brazo de Mercedes. Their version has three important layers: a thick pillow-soft, fluffy meringue on top followed by a layer of vanilla custard, then a mango-strawberry cream infused with fruit bits.
