Smoked Salmon Benedict

Price: P585

If you're feeling intimidated or lazy about making Eggs Benedict on your own, Breakfast At Antonio's has a really, really good take on the American breakfast staple. It's the kind of "really good" you'll only understand once you've tried it!

What makes this special? The Smoked Salmon Benedict uses English muffins and tops it with smoked salmon, perfectly poached egg, and a tangy Hollandaise sauce. It's served with caramelized slices of banana and pineapple on the side.

Anything with Breakfast at Antonio's Housemade Corned Beef

Price: Fresh Corned Beef (P500), Sauteed Corned Beef (P500), Fresh Corned Beef with Provencale Sauce (P575)

This is definitely different from the usual store-bought corned beef (for starters, it's not as salty). There are three breakfast favorites from Breakfast at Antonio's that all have the restaurant's housemade corned beef that they make from scratch. There's the Fresh Corned Beef, Sauteed Corned Beef, and the Fresh Corned Beef with Provencale.

The Fresh Corned Beef is served with lyonnaise potatoes, sauerkraut, horseradish, and Dijon mustard while the Sauteed Corned Beef is a lot simpler with just garlic rice. Both dishes are served with two eggs that they can cook according to your preference.

If you want something heftier, the Fresh Corned Beef with Provencale Sauce is served with fries and a sunny-side-up egg.

Another beefy breakfast meal option: Breakfast at Antonio's super flavorful Beef Tapa (P535) that they made by marinating the sirloin with a semi-sweet soy sauce and garlic combo. This dish is served with garlic rice and two eggs, just like any silog!

Roesti with Housemade Pastrami

Price: 670

Roesti (also called rosti) is a beloved breakfast of the Swiss and it's basically a potato pancake. Think thin slices of potatoes stacked on top of each other to form pancakes.

Breakfast at Antonio's has different roesti pancakes topped with different meats like beef, chorizo, and corned beef but one that you should not hesitate to order is the Roesti with Housemade Pastrami.

Delicious pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and a Russian dressing tops the roesti. It's served with Breakfast at Antonio's house-made toast and over easy eggs.

Smoked Salmon Bagel

Price: P490

Another salmon dish you'll want to try at Breakfast at Antonio's is the Smoked Salmon Bagel. Salmon slices are served on halved-multi-seed bagel, smoked salmon, a ball of cream cheese, red onion, capers, and scrambled eggs on the side.

For this dish, you have to assemble the bagel on your own! Make sure you get a good amount of salmon and cream cheese in one bite. It's the perfect creamy umami bomb!
